Has anyone been involved in AIV assessment of existing facilities?

We have recently began screening all our pressure relieving devices in gas systems for potential AIV using energy institute guidelines.

Next step is where we go into detailed piping analysis to determine the Likelihood of Failure (LOF) and then make necessary modifications to the tail pipes of those lines exhibiting Sound Power Level (PWL)>155dba.

Any thought on this subject?
