calculate rate of drainage

Hi All can anyone help I am trying to calculate how long it would take to drain a flotation tank it is assumed that there is 4m head which gradually goes down as the flow discharges. The tanks are cylinderical. If anyone has a spreadsheet or advice it would be great thanks !!
