Pump NPSH test procedure

Hi to everyone,

This is my first post. I haven't been much active in the forum but i hope that someone can help me.
I need to do a NPSH test in a pump but i'm experiencing some problems. The NPSH curve isn't as expected. I think that the procedure that my company uses isn't the correct.
Where can I find a good procedure to do that? Do you know any standard that talks about the correct procedure and type of installation?

Please see the attachement for the BS EN ISO 5198 1998 and ANSI HI 9.6.1 and try to see also the ANSI HI 1.6.
