1. What is the accepted standard for failure rate data in the O&G industry? In particular looking at LOPA and SIL Verification
2. Do you have any links to them? Where can I get them without spending serious $$
3. What software is available to do the calcs and safety calcs (e.g. Exida Silver)? Links would be nice...
