    Hi!!
    Hello!
    I have a problem. I can not find a software or a site where there is a Failure Rate Database for all components are inside the factory (eg compressor, press, fuse, plant electrical, hydraulic piston, pipeline ...)
    Can anyone help me?

    OREDA is one of the best "data base" regarding failure rate of different type of equipment.

    Another source of useful information is CCPS publication “Guidelines for Process Equipment Reliability Data with Data Tables”. Be aware that the current edition was published in 1989. However, CCPS has new information partially available to the public. It is Process Equipment Reliability Database. More information is given in

    On the other hand, OREDA (Offshore REliability DAta) is updated more frequently. Actual edition was published last year. More information is given in

    Some members have posted the OREDA (Edition 2002) as well as CCPS “Guidelines for Process Equipment Reliability Data with Data Tables”.
