Hello Friends

i need help for the below question:

If you make a new shell/head and bonnet for old reboiler and the client request the new items to be U-stamped.
we will make use for the old tube bunddle (during shutdown)so we asked for R-stamp for all assembly at site.

Is it logic to ask for Ustamp for the new items (shell, head and bonnet) OR R-stamp for the whole assembly at site is enough?
