how to get pressures and temperatures at the grid points of Eclipse

    Hello everyone,

I'm not a petroleum engineer but I needs to get pressures and temperatures from an Eclipse model in a short period of time. I really appreciate if you guys can give me some advice or even keywords to look for.

I am making a FLAC model for a reservoir. I have a 3D E300 model for the reservoir; it's already run so I have all the outputs.
I need to get the pressures at the grid points of the E300 model and then apply them to my FLAC model. Eventually, I might decide to apply only the maximum pressures to the FLAC model but not sure about it yet. I also need to get the temperatures from Eclipse.

So do you think if it's possible?
or I can only get the pressures along the lines of Eclipse model and not for each single grid point?
If it's possible, can you tell me where/what to look for? Like should I run the PVTi? Or should I open it with Petrel?
We don't have the license for FloGrid buy I have access to Petrel.
Is there any examples in the manual you would recommend me to look at?

I really appreciate any help you guys can give me.
    Thank you so much

Re: how to get pressures and temperatures at the grid points of Eclipse

guess what I want is not already in the outputs.
I doubt if the pressures are already available for 400,000 grid points during 50years!!!
I guess I need to select a range of grids and run the model again and get what I want.

But now I got two questions:
1- Please see the attached figure. I need the pressures for the black area but I don't know what the range of grids is within this black box. So how can I see the "grid numbers (like i,j and k)" on Eclipse?

2- and how to define this range so that its pressures be recorded during the simulation?

    Thank you so much

Dear cpiano, open Floviz and load 3D results, look for the property window and select Pressure under recurrent properties. By clicking on any cell you'll see the i,j,k index below the screen.

Hi DAH7542, Thanks a lot. I figured out how to open floviz from Petrel so I open the EGRID file but now the problem is that the Eclipse model was for 50 years. How can I select which year I want the pressures from? I guess I should go to import-> property and then import one of the other output files of Eclipse but which one contains the pressures for all the years?
Thanks again .. you helped a lot
