Demi Water Quality is usually around < 40 ppm TDS (Total Dissolved Solids). If you want to know a specific requirement, it all depends on what the application is for your Demi Water Process Requirement. In other words, if you need a Boiler Feed Water Stream, then your Boiler will set the boiler feed water quality requirements. Look for ASME CRTD-vol 34 for boiler feed water specs. The higher the requirements for your final use equipment that requires demi water, the type of feed water changes. I hope this helps.
