The name of ASME B30.20 is "Below hook and Lifting Devices". It's just a intruduction for superintendent or site manager. I think what ASOTOE need is ASTM BTH-1-2005 (now update to BTH-1-2008),"Design of Below hook and Lifting Devices". It's a good standard for designers or engineers.
