Dear Expert,
I'm doing the on-bottom stability for the 16 inch offshore pipeline from Platform to LFP.
I use the DNV-RP-109 and DNV-RP-E305 to calculate the concrete coating thickness. However at the near shore, the concrete thickness very large due to the water depth very low (0.77 m LAT).
I hear form one guy said that in the AGA software/AGA manual, it don't calculate the on-bottom stability at water depth below 18 ft (about 5.4 m). The concrete thickness of the section with water depth below 5.4 m will be selected same with the previous section. Because I have never seen the AGA manual so I'm very confuse.
Besides that, in DNV-RP-E305 and DNV-RP-F109, these standard don't mention about the limited of water depth when calculating on bottom stability.
Could you give me the advices about the calculating on bottom at near shore?
Are there any limit of water depth when calculating the on-bottom stability?

Thanks and Regards,
S.T
