1-Go to the Forum where you want to start a thread or to create a post in an existing thread.

2-Log in in the Forum.

3-If you are going to reply to a thread, click on the "Go Advanced" button located at the lower right-hand corner of the Quick Reply box (end of the page).

4-Click on the "Manage Attachments" button located in Additional Options. The "Manage Attachments" window will pop up. Be aware that the valid file extensions are: bmp, doc, gif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, mp3, pdf, png, ppt, pptx, psd, rar, txt, xls, xlsx, and zip. There are also limits to the size of those files.

5-Click on the "Add Files" button located in the right-hand side. A small box will show up.

6-Click on the "Select Files" button. The classic "Open" MSWindows will appear. Go to the location your file is located, choose it and click on the "Open" button.

7-Click on the "Upload Files" button located in the small box that showed up before.

8-You should see the name of your file in the Attachments section of the "Manage Attachments" window. If you want to attach more files, repeat steps 6 and 7. Otherwise, click on the "Done" button located at the lower right-hand corner.

9-Finally, click on the "Submit Reply" button located at the right-hand side of the window.

I tried to write down a very detailed procedure. I hope it is not confusing. A shorter version can be found in "Attachments and Images",
