Hello. Has anyone come across the design of carbon dioxide gas delivery network (from storage bullet to delivery point)?

I have carbon dioxide storage bullets, storing CO2 at 25barg and I need to deliver it to a point at a pressure of 0.1barg. Can anyone suggest me how to design the network? I need to avoid frosting in the line when pressure reduction takes place.
