Power and Instrument Cable

What would be the distance between Power and Instrument running Parallel.
in cable tray or ladder.

That depends on the voltage of power cables. Roughly 30cm is adequate between instrument and 0.4kv cables, however, this should be extended to 70cm for MV cables.
You didn't mention if it is in hazardous area or not.
