LLE / SLE data regression in Properties

Prode Properties has a utility to regress VLE / LLE / SLE data points,
it works well but it requires to specify for each point X and Y of first binary (plus operating conditions),
Dechema and DDB provides this information so usually there are no problems,
however for SLE data I have found the X only, should I calculate Y as difference ?
Could you help ?
