ECLIPSE PARALLEL Problem on PC

I am trying to Run Eclipse in PARALLEL and I have received the following error from cmd.exe

Can anyone please over help on how to resolve it.

I have found the solution and I am posting it just incase anyone has a similar problem
It was an installation problem. A 3rd party software needed to be installed (Intel MPI) by the Admin.

PARALLEL
4 DISTRIBUTED /

where 4 is the maximum default number for parallel processors to be used

Did you run it on your Laptop or on a workstation ( I Desktop computer with 4 CPU installed on its motherboard ) ?
Just wondering can we run Parallel Eclipse on a Laptop with Core i7 processor which has 4 physical cores ?
I appreciate if any one has any experience in that and share it with us
