I have a problem about high silica in steam,

How to calculate or predict silica in steam if i have Pressure Boiler and Silica content in water boiler??

But we have good quality in water silica, less than 0.06 ppm.

To reduce Silica use continuous blow-down

The silica comes inside water demineralization. The continuous blowdown on the drum is to put out the solids in the steam then reduce also the silica but you spend much water demi.
