    Process Fired Heaters : Chemical Cleaning of Radiation and Convection Room

    Dear all,

    my thread concerns chemical cleaning of tubes in radiation and convection rooms - external surface

    would you please share your own experience:

    what kind of chemical that fit better with this service?

    what is the procedure to perform cost effective cleaning?

    what are conditions that compromise effectiveness of this opération?

    how can owners assess professional services?

  3. we have experienced chemical cleaning by magna chemical (water base) for outer tube convection section. effectiveness cleaning depend on pressure water jet to surface tube. the procedure will be conducted by chemical supplier company.

    caution:
    protect your bickc wall from water by plastic material.
