Estimated skin from Perforation

I am looking for any spreadsheet, softwares or procedure to calculate Skin from performation (either guns or jetting)

Take a look at Joshi's book "Horizontal Well Technology" (pages 493 to 506), where the author discusses pseudo-skin factor calculations due to Partial Penetration, Perforation itself (related to shoot density, penetration, type of gun and so on) among others.
