We are using DCS make Honeywell EPKS with C200 Controllers. we receive an alarm on DCS about FTE.
"Device status change from running to fail" Device information: "heartbeat provider has stopped FTE status can not be determin
I checked the FTE status of all nodes through "System Management Display" and it is showing all OK.

Alarm still persist. How I can activate the heartbeat provider .
Please help me.
