There is a link to EUR-LEX on the web-site. From there you can download the text - but be careful because the PED has had two small amendments and so you need the consolidated text.

Which Country are you doing PED in - there are some Member State differences/requirements in their regulations that you need to be careful of.

I am doing a project which is In Greece. So for equipment design i want to know the criteria/regulations of PED.
