Usually Net and gross thickness are expressed as NTG value owing to shale laminae in the formation. But in your case let us assume that Net thickness means the perforated interval and Gross means total thickness of the formation with NTG=1. I would suggest to use Net (thickness of perforated interval) because during welltest fluid flowed through this interval and data already contains the effects of partial completion (if perforated interval < gross) in the form of skin.
