  1. Cost reduction distillation

    HAy guyz i need help....... iam doing projct on crude distillation my objct is to reduce cost ..... ihave used hysys in this regard i have recovered full naptha befor it enters into the distillation tower I introduce a binary distillation containing a reboiler and condensor which recover full neptha ranging from 111 F to 370 F and the bottom product is send to the heater and then to the tower containing 25 plates which recover Kerosene from top and Heavy diesel as side draw ...... i have done this because in this scheme i donot need a stripper which is Kero naphtha stripper so i save this and also ammount of steam cost....... my questions are
    1) is this scheme is practicle bcz i have not seen any type of PFDS which recover full naphtha????
    2) the simulation describe the high duty of reboiler that is 1.47 exp7 btu/hr so i connect this much energy with the transfer of vacumme bottom product from 650 F to 245 F gives that much amount of energy but it is viscous i only know its api gravity and temp hw can i found its viscosity????
    the scheme is attached the first one is conventional and second one is changed by me for optimization plzzzz help thank you.....
