Qualify tack welder piping follow ASME IX

I have problem, I need to qualify tack welder for piping, but I can not find in the ASME IX mention about this, Please help me, how to qualify tack welder for piping.

Hello - tack welding it is welding as well.
So, you may qualify the welder for pipe welding and it will mandatory for tack welding also.
