I need to change hysys DLL files and add new properties for this. but I can't open this DLL files. Please help me and say how can I open hysys DLL files.

hysys has the extension of HSC ... which .dll file you want to open???

sorry bro ... i don't know it that much deep... and i am not understanding which .dll file you are asking about... as i am still a learner..
