Help with hysys case please

I need to simulate a methanol plant from methane... I dont have any kind of info regarding pressure temp or flowrate, but managed to work around that by looking into methanol plants...


basically feed (methane) mixed with steam at a molar ratio of 3 to 1 then goes to reformer reactor (1st reaction) also air goes to the reformer then 2nd reactor (shift reactor, equilibrium) then goes to another reformer to produce methanol

My problem is the 1st reactions goes with catalyst and I have no idea how to work with catalyst or if its possible to do it in hysys...


I did lots of googling but ended up with empty hands
I would appreciate any help I could get please
