Synthetic Cement Bond Log

Hello guys, maybe I am asking silly or stupid question, but is there any software or computation method to calculate synthetic Cement Bond Log (CBL). I am helping my girlfriend with her Master Thesis in well design and we want to compare results of previous well design project with one proposed by us. We have CBL for previous well design and we want to generate it for our design. Maybe someone have any clues?
