Looking to become an operator trainee for Valero

I just got accepted to take the mechanical aptitude, use of information, and personality inventory test for Valero Energy. I was wondering if anyone has taken this test and could tell me what it consists of. I would like to know if anyone knows the starting pay for Valero operator trainee or operator trainee for any petroleum refining company.
