Condensate coming out from vent line!!!

Dear members,

we experienced a problem when condenser start up ,the condensate is coming out(jetting out through vent pipe) from condenser.does anybody knows the cause?i think my condensate drain is not functioning.but i wonder,the condenser vent pipe can eject water ?

Actually it is a new power plant. The vent line of SJAE (after condenser) is ejecting out condensate continuously at start up stage.it is usual?is it because of air leakage at low load?

if you have water in the vent it can happen because the condenser level is ver high. Why?

1- You inject much steam in the condenser and the condensate pumps have not sufficient capacity. When the level increase the second pump starts to lower the level.
2 - This inlet steam can be by the Bypass, or preheaters.
3 - How is the vacuum ? good 70 - 80 mbar, higher?
4 - Condenser (hotwell) Overflow have not sufficient capacity or is blocked.
5 - Make up water (hotwell) control fail and you dont stop the water inside the condenser and the condensate pumps have not capacity or the main condensate control valve is not open or partialy open.
