Instrument Transformers

Hello my friends:

I have noticed that there's not so much information about electricity metering on the Internet. I've been trying to get IEC standards for instrument transformers with unsuccesful results. I could manage to get IEEE C57.13, but not ANSI C12.11 and the eight chapters of IEC 60044. If anybody knows about a link related to these standards, please guide me to it...Besides, the information coudl be useful to some other engineers here.

Yesterday I found two IEC Chapters (1 and 2). I'm posting them. I will keep looking for the rest. I will need some help
