Taproot (root cause analysis) software

Hi guys,

Im new to this forum having been recommended from a friend. Excellent forum with the most amazing cross knowledge base I have seen anywhere.

I am involved in Health and Safety and Asbestos and am working towards the Offshore HSE Environmental side of things.

I was recently speaking to a friend who works offshore and he mentioned that a lot of companies use a root cause analysis programme called TAPROOT.

Is there anyone out there who may be able to point me in the direction where I could access a free working copy? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Dear Stu-Morris , thanks for your nice words , and you are welcome in this form with reference to your question i don't know this program and i hope if any one know it sharing his knowledge with us , but i know that many petroleum company use risksafe and PHA program from Daydam you can find it in this thread.

Thanks for the warm welcome Mohamed. I havent heard of RiskSafe or PHA. I will have a look at them as they may come in handy for future work. I appreciate your help.

Ive just checked the PHA download and unfortunately it is now not valid. Is there any other download that may be available?

Tap-Root is designed for accident analysis and investigation (especific) by your words I dont know if you want a Risk analysis program like PHA, please be more specific about your needs
