Pls help find extension files for:Advanced Hysys course 2008, No. EA1000.06.09

I've downloaded the pdf document for advanced hysys course 2008 (Course no. EA1000.06.09). It is mentioned in the pdf that the 2 extension files namely VirtualStream.dll, VirtualStream.edf are included in the disk accompanying with the document.

Anyone has those extension files, please help upload.
