For setting Reservoir simulation Input data,

Dear guys,

Please let me know setting a reservoir input data, especially rock properties, PVT, SCAL data.
I'm in situation that there are no Pc or rel.perm data with Sw, and fluid sample analysis results were reviewed by 3th party company that it might be unreliable.

Data we have are well logging data, core data (k,residual water saturation).
Is there any method to assume PVT, SCAL, rock properties?

and we have some results below, can you explain the meaning or where to use theses?
-> X - reservoir pressure (log scale) Y - porosity coefficient (log scale)
-> X - Sw Y - Permeability (log scale)

I'm new setting reservoir input data from field data,
So, It's my pleasure you guys show me the general procedure to set input data as detail as possible with needed data at each steps, and any other useful methods to set input data without needed data.
