We had a problem that the well produce intermittently by producing oil for few hrs ( 2 or 3 hrs ) then stop flowing for 8 or 10 hrs then reflow again.
Please I need any help concerning this behavior and how to control this well

which type of reservoir is it, what is the reservoir's drive mechanism?
also what was the production history of this well, and any organic or inorganic solids were a problem in this well or in the same reservoir?
More info please - let's not play '20 questions'
Natural production, or pumping?
How old?
Does the total fluid also stop, or just the oil (ie watercut change)
What sort of GOR and watercut do you have? Tubing size?
It's obviously a non-standard scenario, so in order to stand any chance of diagnosing a cause, a more complete picture is required to connect possible dots....
this well is natural flow , Produced from 3 months ago , the well produce oil only no water .
tubing size 4.5" & W.C Zero & GOR 600 SCF/BBL
Your well is located in an area where natural fissures exist but with limited volume, and probably your reservoir permeability is low.The matrix feeds the fissures and the production of the well is higher than the flux from matrix to fissures so the well will stop till enough volume of oil is stored in fissures and the well starts again.
May this is an explanation of your situation
Dretman, as people have said here, without enough information different things can explain what you are experiencing.... however I'm attaching some information about the "Heading phenomenon" as explained by Kermit Brown (pages extracted from The technology of artificial lift methods, vol 1) that might be useful in your case... have a read of this please.
Put a pump in after recording an influx and set the rate. Your production on lift will be more than on self flow naturally. If it is an NFR as halim78 indicates, then you can probably expect v. low recovery factors from a long tail, if you are not planning any EOR
