As Shown in figure, I want to find out Heat Distribution in bundle and wall.
e.g. Out of Q kw (say100 kw) heat given by gas from Temp T1 to T2, How much Heat will be given to bundle Q1 kw ( Say 80 kw) and How much heat will be given to wall Q2 kw (say 20 kw).
I have Calculated Heat transfer Coefficient for Heat transfer in Cross Flow Bundle by Zukauskas Correlations.
But still could not find out Correlation (or develop methodology) for heat transfer coefficient to water wall.
(As at design stage Heat transfer Area is not known , Q=U A LMTD, U is expected to calculate from standard co-relations, this is how general heat exchanger is designed.)
