floating roof calculation

please,I will wish to have the parameters and the methods in order to develop a note calculation for a floating roof of storage tank of crude oil.
I know that the weight roof, density of the crude, density of the base metal are necessary.
I profit to give me the direction of the depression ( enfoncement in french). and is it concerned in the note calculation or not ??.

Hi !

Have a look at the TANKS software by EPA. I guess it may have floating roof calculations since these are included as part of emissions calculations in accordance with API MPMS. More information at
