Thread: Fire risk analysis

  1. Fire risk analysis

    Dear all,

many times in engineering forums I encountered questions about fireprotection, fire risk evaluation, need of requirements for fast depressurization, etc...

My experience drove me many times in the use of the two valuable documents (see attached).

Sometimes, having a look on them will give exhaustive responses...

PS_The Guideline for the Protection of Pressurized systems exposed to fire is referenced in the new API RP 521 at section 5.15.2.1 and 5.15.2.3 when detailed calculations are needed.

    hope these help!
