Acoustical wall setup

hi, friends, here is my case: I am working on setting up an acoustical wall to separate the HPU room and the access way so that the noise in the access way could meet the NORSOK S-002 standard. However, there are a lot of pipes and cables in this room exactly blocking the setting up of an acoustical wall. Have anyone encountered the same situation? Do you guys have some suggestions or solutions? By the way, can anyone provide ISO15667:2000 Acoustics -- Guidelines for noise control by enclosures and cabins? thanks very much.
