Hey, I have that API RP-581 2nd Ed. release September 2008

I can share but please do me a favor:
1. is there any discussion forum about this standard? cause I want to built software about it (I have already built Excel spreadsheet of this code with several limitation)
2. can you share me SLAB or DEGADIS calculation logic (not only software) ? cause in RP-581, Consequences Level 2 needs Cloud Dispersion Analysis
3. can you also share me any Fluid Property Solver calculation logic (not only software), this is also needs for Consequences Level 2 calculation
