Shouldn't be an issue. May times exchangers are placed on concrete saddles.
Important thing is to design the lifting lugs/ straps and the spreader bar correctly.

Deliver the HX and saddle separately then weld at site

actual problem is at site . it is client limitation that area in which HX will be installed has limited capacity of crane, and they cannot modify this capacity
