Depending on the amount and pressures of the steam ether a turbine or simple reduction valve..

The pressure of the steam is around 34 bar, and should be reduced into ~8 bar
Okay - roughly let us then say you get 50 kW electricity per ton steam/h you can calculate your earning and ask a supplier of steam turbines. My guess could be that you shall above 15-20 tons steam/h most of the year to get a good pay back. (not knowing your energy prices). Else chose the reduction valve

Preferable if the steam is superheated to say 315 C it would gives ~62 kW/ton/h. Make sure the outlet is superheated T2_SH is a few degrees.
