    This is a fabulous article. Most engineers might not be aware of the mistake they were making by a combined use of f value of Darcy friction factor and cranes f value in a single calculation interchangeably.

    I request you or any other friends to share the two articles of chemical engineering magazine referenced by you, viz:
    1. Hooper, W. B., The Two-K Method Predicts Head Losses in Pipe Fittings, Chem. Eng., p. 97-100, August 24, 1981.
    2. Darby, R., Correlate Pressure Drops through Fittings, Chem. Eng.,p. 101-104, July, 1999.
    Usually Mr Tony Black or Mr Abdul Halim Galala or Mr Anand are very responsive to this type of requests . Hope ether on of these fine gentlemen comes forward.
    With such a knowledgeable article I wonder whether it is fair to call Mr Amit a junior member .
