Dear all,

I am new to structures. I am making one PCB lamination press which has ramming from bottom in all the sample machines done so far. Example video:

I would like to know how can we avoid the excavation(digging ground and covering cylinder with concrete). I am only in assumption that it is done to arrest the vibrations. Is there anyway to avoid such digging ?

Any structural engineer wants to join. please let me know. We can make good money once success .
