Hi.
I want to make an isolated network of several generators that should work in PQ mode, but the error did not allow me to do so. Error 6022: Warning! Insert at least one power element without restrictions!
Please tell me what you need to do to make the generators run in isolation mode without SL. Thanks.

I not familiar with neplan but one generator must act as reference/swing that can supply losses etc to system.
