we have recently retrieved pressure gauges installed in nipple below pump seating nipple of sucker rod pumping well, but while trying to analyze draw down data using Saphir software I found fluctuations in bottom hole flowing pressure during ( up & down stroke) (within 100 psi)

So can you help how to use these data as it gives fluctuation in derivative as well
