I was having the same problem and I just solved it.
The thing is that maybe you've changed the date of the system's clock (The windows date).
So, I did this: I restored windows to a previous restoring point (is a windows system's tool, see Accesories) before my last date change. I restored the system to a point before that change.
Then I removed all the old Aspen and Hyprotech files, and did all the standard procedure: deactivate the control account, create a new license, etc etc.
Do that and let me know. Hope it works.
