I had the same problem, the solution is before install aspen 7.2 or 7.3 you have to install SQL Express 2003 and SQL Express 2008,
also the ----- file has to be copied to the desktop and from there you have to execute it.
It works in my Windows 7 x86 Ultimate

I have installed AspenOne v8.0. I followed all instruction. Installation was successful. When starting HYSYS I am also getting "Unable to acquire HYSYS_Process License" Please help me to solve problem. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit

I have Aspen 7.3 working fine on my pc previously. Recently I tried to upgrade my version to a latest build version 7337 by downloading the cumulative ----- from Aspentech. After installing it, I no longer can access to it due to licence problem. When starting HYSYS I am also getting "Unable to acquire HYSYS_Process License" Please help me to solve problem. Thanks.
