Thanks a lot my friend for your kindness. I did go through the dozen or so articles of Peng . They are really good , especially the one on the allowable nozzle loads as well as art of pipe supports. I hope through your advise several others might also visit Peng's articles .

The one that I asked for is not included in Peng's articles. I am not aware who is the author is of this particular articles. It was refferred some where else and hence I was curious to read it . Hope some one will help

No, friends , I could not get this . May be some one , some time later will help us. Meanwhile I think, pipe mill software posted in this site has some calculations on jacketed piping . See if it can meet your immediate needs.
