Thanks for the link but , i am not inventing the "wheel" i want to understand how the "wheel" is working - thats what i call engineering

Sorry - I misunderstood...... normally when someone takes the time to even make a manual for something I assume it is for more than a self-help excercise.

You are correct in that seeking to understand how the wheel works is indeed what engineering is about - I've been one for half my life... In that time, I have come to the strong opinion that being a responsible engineer also involves helping people when needed (an opinion which I know you share - nice Eclipse tutorial!), which was what I thought I was doing - sorry if I inadvertently stepped on toes
