Is it possible to download the PED from an official site and also follow up the comments ?

By the way for piping or vessels if you look to appendix Z in each set of 13 ??? ( one for piping and one for vessels) then it tells fow to comply with PED ? are some people using this ? lets hear from your experience the !!!

PED starts first with the classification !!!
