Taproot (root cause analysis) software

Hi guys,

Im new to this forum having been recommended from a friend. Excellent forum with the most amazing cross knowledge base I have seen anywhere.

I am involved in Health and Safety and Asbestos and am working towards the Offshore HSE Environmental side of things.

I was recently speaking to a friend who works offshore and he mentioned that a lot of companies use a root cause analysis programme called TAPROOT.

Is there anyone out there who may be able to point me in the direction where I could access a free working copy? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
